What to prepare
Polska Marine supports individual and company registration for vessels up to 24 metres. The published application checklist is:
- Scan of biodata and passport front page
- Vessel’s bill of sale / invoice
- ACRA (if registering under a company)
- Builder’s certificate (if available)
- CE certificate / CE plate photo (if available)
- Hull Identification Number photo
- Engine(s) serial number plate photo
- Vessel photo
Owner and company details
The application asks for the owner’s contact information, address and passport details. For company ownership, include the company registration certificate, such as ACRA documentation. Owner identity and applicable company documents remain required.
Vessel and engine details
Prepare the boat name, boat model, Hull Identification Number (HIN), length, beam and draught. For each engine, the form asks for the brand, model, serial number and power. You can add multiple engines.
Select Not available beside a relevant field or document if you do not have it. Our team will review what is missing and explain what is needed. This lets you start an enquiry; it does not waive the registry’s requirements.
What happens after you apply?
- Submit your details. Tell us about the owner, vessel and engines. Upload your documents, or mark vessel information that is not available.
- We review your file. Our team checks the details and documents, and contacts you if anything needs clarification.
- We prepare the application. We handle the registration paperwork with the Polish authorities once your file is complete.
- Receive your registration. The authority issues the registration. Timing depends on a complete file and the authority’s review.
We strive for registration within seven days with a complete file. This is a target rather than a guarantee: missing information and delays at the Reja24 offices or with the authority can affect timing.
Can I apply as a guest?
Yes. Complete the vessel application without creating an account. Use your contact email so our team can follow up. Keep your application reference and use the same browser to return to your application.
